Bluetooth on the Zaurus PDF Print E-mail

I currently maintain the latest Bluetooth BlueZ driver packages for the Zaurus, which are the official Bluetooth drivers for Linux. I have cross-compiled the latest patched kernel modules and user space utilities, provided by the great people at http://bluez.sourceforge.net, for the latest Sharp Zaurus ROMs and other ROMs that use the 2.4.18 kernel. I also had to rewrite the PCMCIA and init scripts to work with the Zaurus.

Bluetooth GUI

I am also in the process of writing a nice, friendly user interface to configure the BlueZ drivers on a Zaurus without ever having to touch any text files. It will eventually feature a Bluetooth FTP utility using the Bluetooth ObexPush and/or File Transfer profiles.

In preparation for a public release, I have started a SourceForge Project.
